Mistakes I see every week

• Automating a broken process. If your ordering system is a mess, automation just makes the mess faster. Fix the process on paper first.
• No human escape hatch. Every AI flow needs a "talk to a human" exit. Especially in Pakistan where trust matters.
• Treating AI like a fixed contract. Models improve. Your automation should get audited every quarter.
